• A link to your ORCID profile will be preceded by an official badge confirming your authorship.

How does it work?
We do not alter authors' profiles but create a unique linking token between your publication in the journal and your ORCID profile, which adds a level of trust to authorship and contributes to the journal's good reputation by preventing attribution errors.

For the academic community, this is a positive signal regarding the credibility and quality approach to publications. Some influential services use this data for correct indexing and displaying of your publications.
Of course, you manually add your ORCID during submission, but if you don't use verification via the ORCID Public API, the link will appear without the confirmation badge.
