License Statement and Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with the journal Challenges and Issues of Modern Science retain copyright to their work and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license, which allows others to freely distribute the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

  • Authors agree to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license, which allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, provided the original authorship, article title, journal name, and the CC BY license are properly cited.

  • Protection of authorship and ensuring proper attribution

It is important to remember that there is another type of agreement between authors and publishers – when copyright is transferred from the authors to the publisher. In this case, the authors lose ownership of their work and may not use it in any way. This type of agreement is not used for the journal Challenges and Issues of Modern Science.
