Automated Device for Unloading a Bunker with Bulk Materials
Abstract
The unloading process of bunkers or wagons with bulk materials is usually carried out using pneumatic devices. For use in industrial facilities, these installations are bulky or unprotected from material scattering and dust formation. Therefore, the development of a custom device for unloading bunkers with bulk materials is a relevant task.
The aim of the research is to develop an automated device for unloading a bunker with bulk materials.
The process of creating an automated bunker unloading device will be based on the analysis of existing modern equipment. After a reasoned choice of design, we will determine the functional control system diagram for further detailed elaboration of each element of the proposed automated bunker unloading device.
