Analysis of the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Business Process Management Systems: Benefits and Drawbacks
Abstract
With each decade, the number of challenges and issues in business management increases in direct proportion to the pace of economic progress in the global economy. The market economy, which is now characteristic of almost all developed countries, where the state's influence on the activities of business entities is minimal, mostly hindered the establishment of control and regulation of their activities. In these circumstances, the use of artificial intelligence in business process management is an important component of enterprise development [5, 6]. Considering that artificial intelligence has gained significant popularity in various fields of human activity, including business process management, in recent decades, its power and capabilities have attracted the attention of researchers and practitioners to analyze the use of artificial intelligence in business process management systems and identify the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.
The aim of the study is to analyze the use of artificial intelligence in business process management systems to determine its impact on management efficiency and identify its potential for achieving important scientific and practical tasks. With the growth of economic progress in the global economy, the number of challenges and issues in business management is steadily increasing. The current market type of economy, which is characteristic of most developed countries, involves minimal state influence on the activities of business entities. Such a situation does not always contribute to establishing control and regulation of their activities. It is in such conditions that the use of artificial intelligence becomes an important component of enterprise development.
