Methodological Approaches to Developing Business Plans for Innovative Projects
Abstract
The rapid development of scientific and technological progress is leading to profound changes in the economies of all countries and intensive implementation of innovations.
Innovative activity in modern conditions is considered one of the most important factors for the effective functioning of organizational, production, financial, and scientific spheres, as it is precisely in combination that they bring the most effective result.
Most advanced industrial enterprises and organizations in Ukraine have realized the need for innovative policies, but the slowdown in reforms, uncertainty in the structural transformation of the economy, and other factors hinder Ukrainian businessmen from joining global innovation processes.
The programmatic tool for managing innovations in an enterprise is a business plan and an innovative project - informal documents that reveal the purpose, means, and expected results of innovation implementation.
