Innovative Transformations of Science-Intensive Industries in the National Economy of Azerbaijan: from Engineering to a Developed ICT Sector

Анотація

Експорт Азербайджану в інші країни охоплює не лише перероблені сільськогосподарські продукти, але й науково-інтенсивні та високотехнологічні послуги у сфері ІКТ. Якщо до 1990 року науково-інтенсивними галузями Азербайджану були нафтова інженерія, машинобудування, суднобудування, приладобудування, електротехніка, то з 2013 року Азербайджан став космічною державою, а науково-інтенсивними та високотехнологічними галузями стали телекомунікації та сектор ІКТ.

Якщо частка виробленого машинобудівного обладнання в світовому імпорті та експорті наразі становить 0,1%, то частка обороту послуг ІКТ у світі дорівнює 14%. У цьому дослідженні досліджується роль інноваційних трансформацій у науково-інтенсивних та високотехнологічних секторах національної економіки Азербайджану. У 2021 році частка експорту з високою технологічною інтенсивністю зросла до 13,6%, а імпорту з високою технологічною інтенсивністю - до 2,3%. Експорт творчих товарів збільшився на 25 пунктів за 2022 рік. Обсяг операцій із імпорту та експорту комп'ютерних послуг продовжує зростати з 2016 року - у 2020 році імпорт збільшився в 1,5 рази порівняно з 2016 роком, а експорт - в 167,8%. Давайте дослідимо роль інновацій у науково-інтенсивному секторі національної економіки Азербайджану з 1920 по 2023 рік.
